Data We Collect

We collect account information (email, name), voice recordings for transcription, and care documentation you create. We do not use cameras, passive surveillance, or sell personal data.

How We Protect Your Data

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Authentication uses JWT tokens with session expiration. Role-based access controls ensure users see only what they are authorized to see.
